This shows the different ways you can practice your throws. One- Person uchikomi: Tie your belt around an object and practice your entry and your pull as you fit in to practice you favorite throw. This is a great way to practice getting low and balanced for your seonage.Two-Person Uchikomi: Grab a friend and get used to the weight and the force needed to fit in and get the entry to your throw. This really helps you get used to getting low enough for your lift!Three-Person Uchikiomi: No this isn’t a joke. Have a friend hold onto ukes belt to give added resistance. This will allow tori to attempt the throw with full force without uke actuall being throw. This is a key drill to help you develop power, a strong entry and confidence in throwing. 

three person uchikomi is not fun. we do it alllllllllll the time. but my seoi nage is fierce.
